Grounds for residence
Netherlands
We assist with all major Dutch residence permit categories, from employment based visas to entrepreneurship and family reunification.
Highly Skilled Migrant
A work permit for qualified professionals employed by an organization with Erkend Referent (Recognized Sponsor) status. Family relocation possible.
EU Blue Card
A unified European residence permit for specialists with a higher education degree and a work contract meeting the EU income threshold.
Intra-Corporate Transfer (ICT)
Transfer of employees within multinational companies. Intended for managers, specialists, and trainees.
Seasonal Work
For seasonal workers from non-EU countries (e.g., agriculture, horticulture). Allows temporary residence and employment in the Netherlands for a specific employer and period. The employer applies for the TWV (work permit) and the residence permit. Work is allowed only during the approved period and only with the specified employer.
Startup Visa
A 12-month residence permit for founders of innovative projects supported by a certified facilitator (incubator). Followed by transition to the Self-Employed residence permit.
Entrepreneur / Self-Employed
A residence permit for independent entrepreneurs. Requires a business plan, relevant experience, and economic value for the Netherlands.
Recognized Sponsorship
A procedure for companies wishing to hire foreign employees. Once approved, the application and renewal process becomes simplified.
Partner Visa
For family members of residence permit / permanent residence / Dutch citizenship holders (including registered partners).
Verification against EU Law
For family members of EU/EEA/Swiss citizens (including registered partners).
Orientation Year Visa
For graduates of Dutch and certain international universities. Allows living and working in the Netherlands for one year without a sponsor.
Chavez-Vilchez Residence
Residence permit for parents of minor EU citizens (based on the CJEU Chavez-Vilchez ruling). Provides the right to live and work without a sponsor.
Visa Switch
A procedure for changing the type of residence permit within the country — e.g., from student to Highly Skilled Migrant, from startup to self-employed, or after concluding the Orientation Year.
Includes pre-check, dossier update, and IND submission.
Portugal / Madeira
Portugal offers several immigration routes for entrepreneurs, remote workers, investors, students and families. We prepare the full document package, ensure compliance with AIMA requirements and manage the entire application process.
Entrepreneur Visa
Residence permit for entrepreneurs opening a business in Portugal. Suitable for business owners and self-employed individuals.
Financially Independent Visa

Startup Visa Portugal

Highly Qualified Activity Visa (Tech Visa)

Digital Nomad Visa

Portugal Golden Visa
Investment-based residency program via investment in funds, business, or job creation. Madeira follows the same criteria.

Student Visa

Visa Switch
